The hotel had convenient access to transportation options such as taxis, tuk tuks, and bikes, making it easy to explore the city. it was located close to popular shopping areas like Pratumum, Platinum, and Indra Plazas, great for a fun and convenient shopping experience. the hotel had a responsive and helpful staff who were respectful and cordial.
The swimming pool was not suitable for swimming and was located in the reception area. the cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom and mirrors, left much to be desired.
